The 'half-moon maniac', is being hunted by the police, and by survivor Giulia (Uschi Glas), and her newly wed husband (Antonio Sabato). They try to find the connection between Guilia and the other victims: before the murderer strikes again.
Mildly diverting detective thriller, all be it one that is rather formulaic.
