Journalist Ray Savage (Dermot Walsh) is given the task of finding a story in the suicide of Jayne Hayle. Ray sees it as a something and nothing assignment but supported by his secretary Joy (Hazel Court) His investigations uncovers kidnapping, murder, and counterfeiting.
Standard British take on a film noir, complete with voice over from a hardbitten protagonist. Watch out for Michael Caine in an uncredited role as a young thug.
