"I just want keep you on your toes."Portmanteau of horror stories by Stephen King, all featuring the same cat. We start in New York, where Stephen Morrison (James Woods) joins Quiters inc. A company that will do anything to stop their clients from smoking. Following this, the cat moves in with an inveterate gambler, who forces a tennis pro, who tries to run off with his wife, to walk around his penthouse apartment, on the outside of the building. And finally the cat turns up at a rural house, and attempts to protect a young girl from the attentions of a malicious imp.
More of a thriller than a horror, but one whose three stories never outstay their welcome.
