A woman gets broody and desires to have a child. Unfortunately, this being the future, and due to overpopulation, the world's governments have outlawed childbirth on pain of death. But a woman's desires and needs will out...
Starring Oliver Reed and Geraldine Chaplin, ZPG is a sombre and reflective piece of sci-fi. Though its somewhat detatched approach didn't make me feel for the characters or their predicament.
