"To perpetuate such madmen is to celebrate their crimes."Ivan Igor (Lionel Atwill) is left for dead in his burning wax museum, by his unscrupulous partner. Years later a reporter (Glenda Farrell) trying to get to the bottom of a series of disappearances finds the sculptor is back and has a new and unique way of modelling. And alarmingly has set his sights on 'modelling' her roommate (Fay Wray).
