The Govenor and an FBI agent come up with a plan to rid the city of these rotten apples by releasing Dolemite and let him at Willie and his associates!
Ultra cheap cash in, that throws in many ideas, but doesn't know how to execute them! Sloppily made, badly acted and incoherent - So bad it's good.
