Whilst on the trail of a vicious gang, Eddie (Jackie Chan) suffers a fatal accident. Fortunately the accident involves a mystical child and a healing medallion which transforms him into an a superhuman warrior.
Not one of Jackie's better movies, relying on some unconvincing wire work, whilst also wasting the comic talents of co-star Lee Evans.
