"She's done me in."Phyllis Allenby (June Lockhart) is a young upper class woman, living in Victorian London, and heir to the Allenby estate. About to get married she shouldn't have a care in the world. Unfortunately some people have been savaged by a wild animal in a nearby park, some saying it's a werewolf, and she believes that she is the perpetrator, subject to the Allenby curse.
A well made, though lesser Universal horror, and really more of a love story wrapped around a murder mystery rather than a horror.
