A Japanese based American reporter (Peter Dyneley) is sent to interview a reclusive scientist (Tetsu Nakamura) and unwittingly becomes his next experiment, turning him into a hideous two-headed monster.
Cheap but watchable b movie, in part due to its Japanese setting.
