A trio of juvenile delinquents in Bristol, (including Ray Brooks and David Hemmings), form a group with the aid and encouragement of local church volunteer Kenneth More. With Kenneth's help and the youth awards programme he runs, the band begin to turn their lives around.A not so subtle propaganda vehicle for the Duke of Edinburgh awards scheme, but still gives a good insight into the pre Beatles world of teenagers.
