aka Murder By Proxy or Black OutOne of a series of film noir that Hammer Films produced during the 50's - this is one of the best of them. A drunk American is offered £500 by a beautiful blonde to marry her and as you can guess this only leads to trouble when her father is subsequently found dead. Dane Clark then has to piece together his movements and the motive for the murder. Full of nice one liners.
