Terry (Diane Conti), a tough Manhattan girl joins a Brooklyn girl gang, attached to local toughs, the Rebels. She soon sets her sights on Johnny (John Batis), the Rebels leader, and sets about getting him, using her obvious charms and vicious clawing action! She then sets about manipulating her way to the top using the young and dumb Nino (Joey Naudic) to do so.
Very cheap film, that uses a realistic, grim and grimy style to depict teenage Brooklyn life. Full of rock n roll, tough broads and JD punks. It's a Shangri-las track brought to life. Some nice scenes, that look cool, a couple of great songs, and hip dialogue daddy-o.

Countess von Karstein (Lina Romay), is a mute woman who quite literally needs sex to live. A definate downside, but on the flip, it also conveys her with the gift of immortality. To maintain herself she has to suck the life essence out of her victims while performing oral sex. The price for this immortality is a life of loneliness. Inevitably the deaths that surround her raise the suspicion of someone, in this case, Dr Roberts (Jesus Franco). Intriged he determines to get to the bottom of the mysterious deaths.
Incredibly low budget, with low rent dialogue, somehow the film almost circumvents these facts, but is brought down by the langurous, sophorific pace. This is also available in various forms from out and out horror, to hardcore, depending on which version you choose.
Dr. Paul Steiner (Bryant Haliday) is experimenting with matter transmission, but he has problems with polarity and static shocks. With the imminent threat of his funding being cut, he brings in Dr. Patricia Hill (Mary Peach) to help him and successfully transports a monkey. Steiner then learns that his boss has arranged a demonstration, in the hope of discrediting Steiner. Sure enough something goes wrong during the demo due to sabotage. In desperation he decides to use himself as a test specimen. But as usual the process goes wrong. With half his body hideously deformed and lethal to the touch, he seeks out those he believe ruined his life and experiments.
An entertaining enough film, that takes much from The Fly trilogy, though offers nothing new to the genre.
We return to the Delambre family fifteen years after the death of Andre and questions are still being asked about his experiments and his death. Reluctantly Francois (Vincent Price) helps Andre's son Philippe (Brett Halsey) who is determined to create a matter transporter. But those that ignore history are condemned to repeat them, and thus it is with poor Philippe, as he soon finds out.
Increasing Price's role, compared to the original, makes for an enjoyable sequel. The film has much more going on, with sub-plots involving greed and treachary conspiring against Philippe.

Örn's (Atli Rafn Sigurðsson) daughter dies due to a rare genetic disorder. At roughly the same time Erlendur (Ingvar E. Sigurðsson) starts investigating the murder of Holdeberg, a renowned thug and troublemaker. His investigation leads him down bleak paths and the need to find out what Holdeberg did 30 years ago. Meanwhile he also has to deal with his troubled daughter.
A beautifully understated crime thriller, that uses the bleakness of Iceland to pervade the the look and feel of the story. The slow pace, lulls you and before you know it you are immersed in a grim tale of even grimmer people.
Helene Delambre (Patricia Owens) admits to François (Vincent Price) that she has killed her husband, and his brother Andre (Al Hedison). It turns out that she has crushed him in a press, rendering his head and one arm to mush. Inspector Charas (Herbert Marshall), called in to investigate, convinces Helene to tell him the circumstances that led up to the murder. She reveals a story where Andre had invented a matter transporter, and used himself as a guinea-pig. Leading to tragedy when unknown to him a fly enters the transporter, and they emerge with their heads and one arm exchanged. With Andre put out of his suffering she still has to find the fly, and convince people she is not mad!
A classic of the mad scientist boldly going where no man should go and getting punished for it genre. The film builds a nice picture of marital bliss, before shattering it with one of the all time classic shocker scenes.
A squad of soldiers led by Sgt. Harry G. Wells (Sean Pertwee) are on a training mission in the Scotish highlands when they come across Capt Ryan () the only survivor of a special opps squad that have all been ripped to shreds. But he's wounded and babbling. They then stumble on Megan (Emma Cleasby) a zoologist and an enemy they weren't expecting, werewolves. Can they maintain their discipline and last until dawn, or fight their out?
A low budget horror comedy, that plays with the format, whilst sticking to the basic game plan, which is no bad thing in this instance. Not the greatest horror you will see, but an entertaining one none the less.
