Journalist Deborah Ballin (Lee Grant) is assaulted by the deranged Colt Hawker (Michael Ironside), triggered by her defence of a woman who subsequently killed her abusive husband. On finding she is still alive , Colt is determined to finish the job, pursuing her to the hospital she is being treated in, and manages to attack a few others along the way, including Deborah's nurse (Linda Purl).
Slasher that is lifted by a script that manages to build some suspense.
