"hates hate, there is no two ways."

Meanwhile, newly released from prison, Ryan (Van Cleef) is also on the trail of the same gang, after being robbed and double-crossed by them. Initially wary of each other, they eventually come together due to their common cause.
A notable western, not because it does anything new or different, but because it seems to care about the characters.

arizona colt (1966)

aka Man from Nowhere.
"You know it costs over 20 cents for every bullit i fire? I'll have to charge you."
Arizona Colt (Giuliano Gemma), an extremely cocky and vain bounty hunter, is imprisoned in a desert town when Gordo (Fernando Sancho), a notorious Mexican bandit springs him and his fellow prisoners. It's not long before Gordo's men turn up and one of them kills one of the saloon owners daughters. Colt subsequently strikes a bargain with the grieving father: The killer in return for $500 and his other daughter (Corinne Marchand).
Entertaining western, with some interesting twists, though could do with subbing down some.

aka La belva dalle calda pelle. The Dirty Seven.
"My God she s beautiful, the kind you loose your head over."
Some mercenaries kill a despot, but get lost trying to leave the country. Then up pops Sheila (Laura Gemser) who leads them into the heart of darkness before exacting revenge on them for rape and murder.
Weak actioner is retitled to make it sound more like a sexploitation flick. What you get is a so-so plot, with some random acting.

massacre time (1966)

aka Le colt cantarono la morte e fu... tempo di massacro. The Brute and the Beast. Colt Concert. Django the Runner. Time for a Massacre.
"There's a limit to anything."

Horror legend Fulci tries his hand at a western, and produces a stylish and violent piece of work.

ultraviolet (2006)

In a future world, with the earth divided into those with a virus, and those who are 'clean', Violet (Milla Jovovich) sets out to intercept a package supposedly carrying antigens that could destroy her kind. What she finds though is a boy (Cameron Bright), a clone of the human leader (Nick Chinlund), who she decides to protect from both sides.
CGI driven sci-fi, which proves confusing and full of inconsistencies. All style and little substance.
the bounty killer (1967) aka The Ugly Ones. El precio de un hombre. The Price of a Man.
"He's one of us."
Luke Chilson (Richard Wyler), is a bounty hunter, dispised by the people for bringing in murderers to justice, dead or alive. Unfortunately for the villagers they do not realise that he is not the victim of injustice, but a dangerous killer.
Fine western with an interesting twist to the tale, helped by good character development and direction.

boot hill (1969)

aka Trinity Rides Again. La collina degli stivali.
"You're not the one I'm looking for, but you'll make good bait for my trap."
Cat Stevens (Terence Hill) is given a claim to a mine, but is jumped by Honey Fisher's (Victor Buono) men. Wounded he hides out with a traveling circus. Along the way they hook up with Hutch Bessy (Bud Spencer) and his deaf mute sidekick (George Eastman) and the band try and figure out a way to get even with the company.
The third and last of the Colizzi Hill/Spencer collaborations. It has at times an uneasy mix of comedy, western myth-making and gritty drama, but it is still an entertaining film, for all that.

A western full of disguises, double-crosses, and comedy, over long but nevertheless entertaining. Reportedly an uncredited Sergio Leone directed some scenes and was his last film.

A French a horror comedy, (disappointingly lacking in laughs), with stops along the way for song, and dance sections.

Having confronted Ringo and Django the Mexican bandit Sancho (Fernando Sancho) captures her. Rita is then rescued by Black Stan (Terence Hill), but what is his motive?
Enthusiastic spoof, full of song and dance numbers, that cannot fail to raise a smile, as long as you don't take it as a straight up western.

Black Burt Keller (Gordon Mitchell) and his gang abduct Jessica Brewster (Simonetta Vitelli) and hig tail it to Mexico. And with good cause as Django (Franco Borelli) and Sartana (Jack Betts) join forces to rescue the girl.
Another Django knock-off, and another pedestrian western that is full of inconsistancies and meanders towards the inevitable showdown.

aka Quel maledetto giorno d'inverno... Django e Sartana all'ultimo sangue. Django Meets Sartana. "They take what they want from us." Unremarkable western, padded out with several tedious punch-ups.

Ramon (George Eastman) is a peasant farmer, suffering at the hands of landlord Mr. Barrett (Daniele Vargas). Run out of town Ramon comes across another outcast, Django (Dragomir 'Gidra' Bojanic), who teaches Ramon how to be a gunslinger...
Watchable, if unremarkable western, which tried to cash in on the success of Django, by changing the title and a character in the English dub.

aka Django il bastardo. The Strangers Gundown. Django the Avenger.
"You're dead! Leave me alone Django!"
Django (Anthony Steffen) is a Union soldier who returns from the dead to take revenge on the officers who betrayed his unit in battle.
Inspiration to Eastwood's High Plains Drifter, this takes the monosyllabic gunslinger into the spiritual realm. An entertaining horror movie, in everything but name.
