"Ooh, fancy - Chelsea won!"Incompetent Capt. Ben Cutlet (Will Hay), constantly brags about his maritime experience, when in reality all he has done is navigate a coal barge. His bluff is called when a dodgy shipping agent gives him command of an unseaworthy ship with the idea of wrecking it for the insurance.
Assisted by his usual side-kicks Marriot and Moffat, this is a mildly entertaining yarn.
