Follows a Scotland Yard Inspector (John Turnbull) as he attempts to capture a killer of several grisly murders.
The semi-documentary style adds level of interest, as we get to see bomb-damaged London in and around Fleet Street, and see if you can spot an uncredited John Le Mesurier.
