"Whats going on?"Stock car driver, Rod Tillman (Steve Alaimo), gives up on racing and hooks up with biker gang the Satans Angels. The trouble is that their income is gained by robbing banks and Rod decides to go undercover for the cops.
A dated attempt at jumping the mc gang genre, with a few musical numbers thrown in to liven things up.
