"Welcome to paradise..."A young woman (Haylie Duff) is discovered with amnesia wandering alone on an island. Her six companions dead. Dr. Chalice (Anne Marie DeLuise) is tasked with protecting her and unraveling her memories to discover what happened.
Less of a horror and more of a whodunit, so pick the least likely and you'll probably be right.
