A post-apocalyptic future sees the population divided along genetic lines. With the normal population terrified of their super-powered cousins, the 'mutants'. Parish (Lance Henriksen), a human leader is determined to track down and kill these super-humans, especially one called Rage (Daniel Goddard). He sees this as a duty, in order to preserve racial purity, but Rage is only concerned with saving the newly born 'chosen one'.
Mad max styling, via a gravel pit just outside Zagreb. If this is the future, I think I'd be happy being dead! At least the prescence of Sherilyn Fenn pretties up the place.
